RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

We are learners first, then teachers!

And it is vital to keep learning if one wants to keep teaching. It is the difference between being the Dead Sea or the River Jordan. The Dead Sea receives but does not give out, and as a consequence silts up: nothing can live there. The River Jordan gives out as well as receives, and so stays fresh: and life can grow and thrive there. This is the flow of learning and teaching!

It is with this ‘River Jordan’ mentality that I seek knowledge and wisdom. I believe that knowledge on its own ‘puffs up’, so wisdom is needed in order for knowledge to ‘build up’. Puffed up balloons can easily burst; built-up foundations cannot.
